At By Your Side, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive community outreach services that bring people together and make a positive impact. Our goal is to connect individuals and families with the mental health resources and support they need to thrive. From organizing local events and volunteer initiatives to connecting people with essential services, we strive to be a trusted partner in the communities we serve.
The Goals of the By Your Side community integration are to provide mental health services in the community with the least restrictive approach possible promote clients taking responsibility for their behavior, self improvement, de-escalation and behavior self management for clients to the highest level of independence possible.

By Your Side is a community relation program for adults, and for children and adolescents with mental health disorders.
The program is operated out of an office building, but mostly serves and provides in the community. Services are provided from 9 AM to 8 PM seven days a week, frequency of services depends upon the needs of the client.
State Guidelines provide for six contacts per month and one group session for adults, three contacts per month, including one group session for children and adolescents.
The single providing source for community integration services is Medicaid fees are established by a controlled by Medicaid.
Referrals are accepted from the community, schools or family members.Our excepted services are provided through Medicaid.
Community integration programs include screening in assessment, treatment, planning, group, therapy, referral, and advocacy.
